Spotting (TMI)

My periods are normally pretty regular. I'm expected to start my period in 4 days( the spotting has stopped for the most part today). This spotting started 6-7days before my period. I'm not on BC and I have 2 daughters already but I'm not sure if this could be implantation spotting or what because I've never experienced it either my other pregnancies. Has anyone experienced this?
