The tech and dr said this looks like hair. I know baby‘s grow “Lanugo” so would this be it? Or has she already grown a little bit of hair? Thoughts?

Definitely hair. Both my kids had a head full of hair when they were born and that's what it looked like on the ultrasound. So adorable!
