Fluid in uterus

Hey I need some help! I am probably close to 4 weeks pregnant. I had an ultrasound today and they didnt see a sac all they saw was fluid and possibly it was blood. Has this happened to anyone and turned into a normal pregnancy??? My hcg is 156
