Clearing throat - silent reflux?

Anyone else having to clear their throat constantly? My midwife suggested silent reflux but I’m having trouble fixing it. It now seems to be giving me a sore throat too.

Interesting! I’ve been having the same thing! I’ve had occasional heartburn this time around which I normally don’t have. I’m glad to know what a possible answer could be & that I’m not alone. I thought I was going crZy

Yup allergies and reflux. Normally reflux for me
