Nitrates in sausage?
Hey ladies, I didn’t know that nitrates were a pregnancy risk until just now. I use ground Italian sausage in quite a few meals I make (soup, pizza, Italian pasta dishes etc) and I have had it quite a bit since becoming pregnant (and before that). Im 9w now. Will my baby be okay? Now I’m all paranoid.
