Yes. My dr. Said it was fine. Just stay away from rock fish and bottom dwellers. I eat it once every couple weeks or so

I just bought sushi salmon today from whole foods. I usually eat raw salmon once every few weeks and Im 21 weeks.

I do but only from restaurants that I frequented. And I am only getting salmon, not tuna due to mercury levels.

Naw, I love sushi to death, it’s actually probably one of my very top (if not the complete top) favorite foods, but I wouldn’t risk it. Sometimes sushi restaurants really are not as hygienic as they should be, which just adds to the risk IMO
