Born early on purpose (33 weeks)

Okay so my friend is 32 weeks and her baby is measuring over 5 pounds and she has been told to expect about 9-10 pound baby. She has talked about taking steps to (try to induce early labor) like sex, walking spicy food and early pumping every day. I’m worried about her and baby, if she is successful baby will be born like at 33 weeks. Is that okay has anyone had one that early and had the baby be just like okay????
