What’s wrong with me??

So I went about a whole year without having sex but I recently just started having sex with my partner and now I am getting symptoms similar to a UTI (like feeling the constant urge to pee, weird sensations while peeing) but I notice I am also slightly bleeding like spotting but it seems to only be when I pee. Last night we had sex again and I noticed it was kind of more painful than it normally has been in the past as well. And today I’ve been having abdominal pain almost similar to cramps. Does anyone know what these may be symptoms of?
