Thats deffinately a razh, did she sit in a very wet diaper allnight or pee and sit in it when she was sleeping? Like maybe she peed up herself in her sleep and laid on it. Ied keep it dry and the diaper off it and folded down to let it breath and not get irritated by the diaper. If she breaks out more she could be allergic to the diapers

I imagine her skin isn’t liking the diaper on it. Keep moisture from sweat and pee/poop off of it. My skin doesn’t like not being able to breathe and often will look like that overnight if I’m not careful

I’ve never seen a rash like that from a diaper 🤔 maybe call pediatrician and send a picture to one of the nurses

Looks like the skin was moist and trapped. Keep it dry and put medicated lotion on it or a diaper rash cream.
