Drying up advice
I am almost 8 weeks PP, I only breastfed for 2 and a half days, and my milk still hasn’t dried up. I have been wearing a very supportive sports bra like the doctor recommended, I don’t express them and do my best to keep them out of the warm water when showering... any ideas or advice on helping getting them dried up. They don’t hurt, but I thought by now it would have happened. I am a first time mama so I’m at a loss. Thanks in advance!!
