I know people say that you should always pee after having sex. Should you do the same with 
Masturbation? 
I’ve never been taught this so please go easy on me 🙈

The urethra is near the clitoris and it’s likely that while stimulating your clitoris you might accidentally brush or go near your urethra pushing bacteria or other things in on or around your urethra. 
Peeing after sex is to flush out bacteria from your urethra not the vaginal opening itself please please please pee and wash hands before and after.

Peeing after sex has to do with flushing out bacteria you possibly got from your sexual partner.
While masturbating - just wash your hands before and you will be fine. No need to pee for medical reasons. If you have to, of course go on. 
If you put something "in there" always wash it before. Nonetheless I would recommend the same for sex toys as if you have had a regular sexual partner.
