My baby is 6 months old, and I have to take treatments for some issues ..the testament doesn't allow breast feeding as it will harm the baby.. I want to know some proven tips that will stop the milk supply and how long did it take for your milk to dry up???

You can try some peppermint, also there’s a certain allergy med that dries up milk. I think it has to have antihistamines- sorry I’m not sure which one

A sports bra daily and try not to relieve the pressure. I had to do this after an abortion when milk came in. Be prepared, its painful, if your doctor can give you pain killers it helps.

Tight sports bra, reduce your pumping every 2-3 days until you get to the point of pumping every 12 hours and then at some point just stop and hand express to relieve some pain but don’t pump. Milk is produced by supply and demand so if there’s no demand there’s no supply.
