Spotting should I be worried?

I am 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant and completely paranoid as I had a miscarriage 8months ago, i just went to the toilet and wiped and there was a little bit of blood it was mixed with an egg white looking fluid and it wasn't bright bright red. However I'm so paranoid, I've been pregnant before the miscarriage too and experienced something similar however I can't stop freaking out about this is it normal?! I'm so scared, I just want this baby to be okay x
