Af cramps or early pregnancy cramping??

How similar were your Af cramps compared to early pregnancy cramping?

Pregnancy cramps and AF cramps have been THE EXACT SAME for me!! I'm 5 weeks pregnant with my first and I csnt believe how similar they are!

i felt i was going thru my regular pms routine and got depressed because we had been trying to concieve and i thought i was out that month too THATS how similar pregnancy cramps and period cramps were to me until i tested and got my positive. for the first i think 6-7 weeks i felt like i had my period but without the period

Still no period. 
But negative tests.
