Goats milk for 7 month old?

My daughter is almost 7 months old and has had major issues with spitting up (we went as far as getting on ultrasound on her esophagus.)

Right now she is exclusively formula fed with Similac spit-up formula. We still haven’t seen any improvement in the past 2 months of using that.

I’m curious if any of you have either tried normal goats milk or a goat’s milk formula. I’ve heard good things but I just don’t know a ton about it. Could I potentially just feed her straight goat’s milk instead of formula? I hate all the added crap they put in formula so that’s why I ask.

Any input is appreciated! No rude comments please. Obviously, I will talk with her doctor at her appointment tomorrow but I figured I’d post here too.
