Is it safe to sleep on your right side?

Im in my second Trimester and im extremely tired of sleeping on my left, it’s super uncomfortable at this point. 😩😞

Sleep however you can/want right now. Your body will signal when it’s uncomfortable. I always slept on my back or stomach. I stopped stomach when I was literally not able to lol

I mean if you sleep on your right it’s fine, women for centuries have been sleeping however they wanted without knowing...the left side is the safest because you get more circulation and blood flow to your baby. I’m a back / preferred right side sleeper too but knowing that info forces me to want to sleep on my left. I have a C shaped pregnancy pillow and that helps me a lot to stay in that position.

I sleep on every side possible and my body wakes up if I get comfortable. Just listen to what your body is telling you and you’ll be fine.

You’re supposed to sleep on your left side. You’re definitely not supposed to sleep on your back. But my dr said that it’s safest & just better for the baby for you to sleep on your left side.

I can’t sleep at all on my left or ride side. I have lots of sleepless nights where I keep moving around to find a comfortable position and before I know it, it’s time to wake up !

You can sleep however is comfortable. Your body will make you move if the baby is not in a good spot. I slept on my back my whole first pregnancy and I asked my doctor about it and she said that if there is pressure on the descending aorta, your body will signal you to move. This pregnancy I slept on my stomach until almost 35 weeks.
