Frequent tearing - anyone else experience the same?

Hey, posting because I’ve been tearing frequently ever since I started having sex at 16. I am now 22 and I have gone to multiple doctors and a gyno about it. I was diagnosed basically with dermatitis of the vulva which I think is ridiculous considering I am never itchy or have any of the symptoms

Basically I just tear. Obviously a lot after sex, but also just randomly. I could go without sex for a month or more and still find myself feeling random tears every now and then.

Wanting to know if anyone else experiences similar?
