I'm due in August and already have a 3 year old. The only people who can take care of them while we're in the hospital are their grandparents, who are rather irresponsible. My fiance doesn't see it that way because he's biased towards them. What I'm hoping to do is have my little one stay with their grandparents just for until the baby is born. Then after that they would stay in the hospital with us and could sleep with their daddy. Last time he got his own hospital bed next to mine so that should be fine for awhile. We'll go home as soon as possible. Last time we only stayed for 2 days. My fiance doesn't want our 3 year old to stay in the hospital with us because he thinks they're better off with his parents. I completely disagree and would rather have them safe with us. They can bring toys with them including their tablet which I know will keep them happy no problem. They're very well behaved.
