Looks fine to me. But you should love your body no matter what a bunch of random people think. Maybe work on self love as much as you work out. Your mind is just as important than your body.
Does my stomach have a normal amount of fat?
Hi I’m 19 and 125 ish pounds and 5”3.5 I’m just curious on other peoples opinion on my stomach I workout 4 to 5 times a week both cardio and strength training I know I’m a average weight but my stomach is the part of my body I’m most insecure about so I want to know what you guys think
