Am I pregnant?

I’m 2 days late , I’ve been having symptoms but can’t quite differ from period and pregnancy symptoms. Started cramping since day 7 from ovulation, so about 6 days now. I’ve been light headed and dizzy, feeling sharp pains every now and then in my pelvic area. I had a super vivid dream/ visions with my partner last night, I’ve been super cold at night and sweating in the morning, waking up with headaches. But no tinder breast; yet I do have swollen nipples, I’m super moody/ bi polar... I cried over the littlest things 2 days ago and my sex drive is so high for the past 3 days but has minimized today, and I’ve been producing more of a creamy egg white kind of discharge for 3 days now. I took a pregnancy test on the day of my missed period but came back negative. Should I wait 3-4 days to test again? Any one have similar problems?
