First ob appointment

My first Ob appointment ever is May 6 & I will be 22 weeks. What do they do on the first one? I heard something about a pelvic exam and other things but I’m curious as to what all they will do because I’m so far along. The antomy scan?? I went to the women’s hospital when I was 18 weeks and found out the gender but other than that this is my actual first Ob appointment with my actual baby doctor.
