My skin keeps ripping

Hi, recently i got engaged in a sexual activity with my boyfriend and i had a problem, he was spreading my ass cheeks and when i got home i was bleeding from that area, and i tried a couple of times taking sexy pics for him😉🤭 but even when i spread it slightly i feel it’s gonna tear again. Is my buttocks sensitive or should i put something on it or what am I supposed to do help!
