26+4 ! Sickness came back ?

Hello ! Has anyone on here felt sick again everyday from 25 weeks onwards ? I know that some people get it through out ! For the past 2/3 weeks I’ve had to go back on my anti sickness and just feel rotten , before and after food ! Also have no energy ! Has anyone found this as a symptom to something if that makes sense ? Such as pre-C (had it previous pregnancy ) or Gestational diabetes ? Or anything else ? Or is it just my sickness came back ? Seeing my midwife next week , haven’t seen her for 2 months now , also have a Glucose test !
