How to deal with financial impacts of pandemic

I need to make some changes to the budget and prepare for the losses we’re about to face with our next paychecks. My husbands only getting 80% and I haven’t lost anything as of now.

The only two areas I can make cuts from are:

-daily living like groceries & necessities

-savings + income savings (I’m self employed)

Trying to decide if I should just cut both in half, or just not save for the months this virus goes on.

Sorry if this is a silly question, I’m sure many people are going through this now so I’m interested in seeing how others are coping with financial hits as of late.
