Rainbow baby announcement?

When did you announce your rainbow baby?

I’ve had 4 mc in a row (2 daughters and then a mc in July 2016, aug 2017, dec 2018, and June 2019).

I haven’t gotten to the excited point yet. I have an ultrasound tomorrow at 8 weeks. My husband wants to wait til we hit 2nd trimester.

With my previous ones that I miscarries, I didn’t wait at all. So it hurt months down the road when people were like-oh weren’t you pregnant? So I get not wanting to tell people yet because I don’t want to have to tell anyone if I mc again.

I’ve already been waiting 3 weeks to tell people! Also how did you do your announcement? Anything special?

*if anybody calls this a quarantine baby when I do announce, I will throat punch them 😂
