Eczema. We use the Aveeno eczema lotion. You can also use hydrocortisone twice a day for 5 days. ❤️

We’ve tried lots of different things for my little guys eczema and they kind of work but he has a few spots that were pretty bad. We got a prescription strength ointment for those few spots (that look like your sons spots) and it’s cleared them up very quickly. And it’s probably something your pediatrician could do via a telemedicine call if you want to ask them.

Less baths will help the eczema. I have found that the dove baby wash and lotion also works best with my son. Keep their skin hydrated too!
