CARES ACT QUESTION

so I’m a college student who’s claimed as a dependent on my parents taxes, so I don’t qualify for unemployment but I do qualify for the CARES act payment because I had JUST gotten hired for a job and they had to take back the position due to the virus. My question, if I apply for it but don’t get any money until weeks from now, will they pay me for these past weeks that I haven’t been able to work?
