TMI Question: Orgasm after c section

Is it normal to struggle to have an organ after giving birth/ having a c section? I’m a FTM who delivered via c-section, my baby is 4 months and I can’t orgasm. At first I thought my husband just couldn’t get the handle of it but I’ve tried it by myself and nothing is happening. I’m not sure if it’s just the change in hormones or if nerves were damaged! I don’t know whats going on!!!! 😧
