Im around 5 werks pregnant and progesterone levels dropped. Is that normal?

Last Wednesday I got my levels tested and then again on Friday. 
On Wednesday my progesterone was at 14.05 and on Friday it dropped to 13.3. 
The nurse said it was fine as long as it was above 12. 
Should I be alarmed that it dropped? ￼￼￼￼￼

I don’t wana scar you but thats not normal .. when i was around 6 to 7 weeks pregnant my hormones level drop 51000 to 50000 and my doctor told me its not good because its not suppose to drop once it started grow .. and after 3 days I started having little bleeding and i went ER and they checked my level and they dropped more 47000 and doctor told me its fail pregnancy and they gave me pills to pass out the sac .... 😭😭😭😭
