aTMI nervous, and having a ton of discharge

So since this morning I’ve had so much mostly clear somewhat very light yellow gel like discharge coming out. I asked about discharge at my last appt and dr said don’t worry unless there’s blood but this is soooooo much more. And when I went to the loo I could just keep pulling it out and now I have dull pains down there. Anyone else? There’s still no blood so I guess I won’t call unless the pain gets worse....
