Talk to him! If it makes you uncomfortable then maybe you guys could find a compromise. Like maybe some nights he could ask if you want to have sex instead of him masterbating or if you don’t want to he could go to the washroom? 
As far as saving girls photo’s, I would be mad and have no patience for that but that’s just me. But again, mention it to him. Maybe he’s doing it with the assumption that neither of those things matter or are a big deal!

I’ve been with my husband for 7 years and I’ve only seen him jerk off in like sexting things. Never have I seen him do it in person. If he were to do that in bed next to me I think I would be like “wtf are you doing” lol. 
Now for the saving girls pictures and stuff, that is a huge no no. He shouldn’t be saving pictures of anyone else. I would be pissed if I saw a picture of someone else’s boobs or vagina on his phone. I would tell him, he needs to do it in another room or come to you first. It's not fun waking up to someone going ham on themselves.

My husband and I were renting a room for a short while and had limited space. I told him if I definitely turned down sex he could masterbate in the room.
