Pregnancy Symptoms Come and Go

I’m alittle over 5 weeks pregnant with my second child and I noticed my breasts are not as tender today like they have been the past week and half since I took my pregnancy test. But I have been nauseous the past few days. I’m nervous I’m losing my pregnancy symptoms and that a miscarriage is around the corner. I had a miscarriage about 4 years ago and then conceived my son a year later. Any advice would be great! Thank you!
