How long does it take to feel real? Please read!

I’ve wanted this my whole life. I’ve been planning this for over a year and actively tracking since my wedding in September. We started officially trying last month, but the stress of it all plus busy life made me skip a month of ovulation. To make it worse, the stress caused me to be a week late for AF and I took about a hundred pregnancy tests not knowing what was going on. I think this confusion is what messed me up in the head about it all. This month is obviously totally different with no where to go and tons of down time at home and boom, pregnant! My first test was at 8 dpo just testing cause my strips came in the mail not even expecting anything, and the faintest line ever showed up. Didn’t believe it. Tested twice a day every day after and kept getting darker... still didn’t believe it fully. Got a positive on a digital at 11 dpo! STILL felt like I had to take a strip the day after that to make sure it wasn’t gonna go away from a chemical. I’m now 2 weeks past ovulation with my first ultrasound scheduled.. and it still doesn’t seem real. When will I feel it? When will it hit me? When will I stop feeling like it’s gonna be gone at any second? When will I feel like I’m actually becoming a mom and going to have an actual baby?
