Advice for ultrasound appt?

I still have to get one more ultrasound Friday bc I have gestational diabetes and ofc I’m super nervous about the coronavirus because it’s at a big hospital. 
Other than wearing a mask, not touching my face, and washing my hands, what else should i do? Because social distancing (elevator/stairs, ultrasound tech) will be nearly impossible.

I'd change my clothes when I get home, maybe shower. I wear leggings, a long sleeved shirt, and my hair up in a bun. I spray my shoes with disinfectant spray when I get home, take my clothes off and shower.

I change my clothes immediately when we get home. The hospital I go to has a protocol and has you use their hand sanitizer on the way in and out

When I went for mine, I wore a mask and used a glove to press elevator buttons/open doors (and then immediately threw away the glove). But there weren’t many other patients there either. And the ones who were - everyone was keeping their distance. They also took my temperature at the door before allowing me to enter and asked if I had any symptoms. The ultrasound tech was wearing masks and gloves as well. So they are taking precautions.
