Breast milk/formula and constipated?
My LO is just over 2 weeks old and I feel like he's been constipated lately. However, each time I change him there's a little bit of poop in his diaper and it's watery sometimes. I don't think I've changed a wet diaper without there being poop in it. Is that normal or should I be concerned?
