Taking a break from trying

Me & my SO tried to have a baby for 7 months, I ended up miscarrying back in January. A month afterwards I decided to get back on birth control & take a break. At my birth control appointment I found out I have thyroid issues, which is what made it so hard for me to conceive. Did anyone else find they had thyroid issues & have no problem conceiving after taking meds to regulate? We plan on waiting at least til next year before trying again. I would’ve been 18w2d today💔
