I started my fast today!
I’m so excited. I don’t actually know how much I weigh, and that kind of worries me because I won’t know how much progress I’ve made. (I’m speaking it into existence, I’m gonna lose weight!) I’m not that big, (I have a pudge, and some back fat) some people ask me why I wanna lose weight. I always say “to feel great about myself” I want my confidence to be 24/7, and not sometimes...ANYWAYS I’m scared, but super excited about this. I have insecurities about my body. insecurities like I have turkey wings (arm fat) stretch marks, big thighs, and my back rolls. Does anyone have any tips, diets, or anything that could help? The help would be extremely appreciated.
