Physical, sexual and personality compatibility, is that too much to ask for?

I tend to find myself compromising when it comes to these aspects in looking for a partner. Sometimes I think its impossible to find all three, am I just asking for too much in a person?

I dated someone who had all these 3... it was fun while it lasted. But we head butted a lot as we were too damn compatible. I’d prefer to date someone that’s somewhat incompatible.
