Feeling really nervous about this pandemic pregnancy. This is my 4th pregnancy (no living children.) I'm high risk because I had preterm labor at 24 weeks with my 2nd pregnancy. My last pregnancy was a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks discovered on an ultrasound. My husband has been to every appointment but now my doctors office isn't allowing anyone to come with to appointments or ultrasounds. Ultrasounds particularly bring up bad memories. It's really freaking me out having to do it all alone after everything we've been though. If we make it to week 12 this time there will be so many appointments, sounds like weekly even.

Are your doctors allowing your spouse to be at appointments? How are you handling it?
