Pregnant with endo

My husband and I have been trying about 1.5 years for our first. I had two miscarriages in the last year (one chemical and one "real"). I always get really bad periods-like every time it starts, I puke, not to mention pain during sex (not always but more than I'd like). My family thinks I may have something like endometriosis and that's why I can't carry. I have an appointment to meet with a dr to figure it out in about a month (earliest new patient appointment). Anyone else go through this or anything encouraging? I just want to be pregnant and my own kids. 😣
