Does pumping count as EBF?

I keep seeing ppl talk about exclusive breastfeeding, yet I am unsure if this is referring to only feeding at the breast or just simply only feeding your baby breastmilk, even when you pump??
I do both. I nurse a bit before giving him milk I’ve pumped.
(I’m just hoping this will prevent me from getting a cycle as well as an extra bonus 🤞🏾🤣)

Yes! It just means that the only source of nourishment your baby receives is breast milk. :)

I used to say that I was EP, exclusively pumping. But yes if baby is only getting breastmilk than you are “breastfeeding” 👌🏻

I'd say yes. If the only source of nourishment for the baby is breastmilk, whether from boob or bottle, he/she is an EBF baby.☺️
