Sex & disability help please

I feel nothing with sex because I have spina bifida my nerves in back are fucked up the lower part of my spine is missing, it's also the same with oral/foreplay, Do any of you have a disability or a accident that has caused you paralysis/paralyzed? That's caused sex problems? this is my second relationship with my first relationship I thought I wasn't feeling anything because it was my first time & feeling take time, but now I obviously know all women should feel something, I don't know how to tell my boyfriend about my lack of or zero sensation because of my nerves in my spine being fucked up, do you think I should see a doctor, any suggestions I would appreciate please
