Please help -toothache

My Af is late by 5 days now today is 6th I never missed my period in my whole life 2 days back I checked and it was negative, sometimes I feel pain in my leg like af is showing up but it doesn’t pain goes away in 5 10 mins on its own it’s happened 2 3 times,is it normal before getting positive? Plus having toothache from 2 3 days should I take medicine? It is my first time
