Less movement

I’m 28 weeks and few days, I had my 28 week check up today and babies heart rate was 140, urine was clear baby is head down but not engaged.. but today I feel like he’s moving less, I counted 12 kicks this morning in a time of 20 mins or so but he’s not as active as yesterday.. I have noticed usually coming up to a new week he calms down a little bit I’m 29 weeks Friday.. He’s moved a bit today.. what do you guys think?
