Macros for tracking purposes

I’m in a two week blood sugar testing phase at home. Doc wanted me to do this versus the 3 hr test in a clinic. My numbers aren’t looking great, but I really want to try to improve with diet/exercise. It’s been a lot of trial and error so far, but I can’t seem to get the hang of it.

Are there are suggested macros for tracking carbs/fat/protein/fiber that work best with GD? My doctor just said to stay under 100 carbs a day and avoid bread/pasta/rice, but I need a bit more guidance than this.

Not sure if this is more of a personal question, but appreciate any insight!!
