Reoccurring UTI’s anyone?

So ever since I had gotten pregnant I’ve had UTI’s frequently. I had a UTI at 12 weeks pregnant that lasted an entire month with 3 different rounds on antibiotics. I then found out during delivery I had another one and since baby had been born in the last year I’ve probably had either 4 or 5. I know the precautions and what causes them etc, etc and I am always extremely cautious. I’m just curious if any other mamas are in a similar situation and wondering if estrogen or hormones could possibly still be out of wack and that be part of the cause? TIA!
