So Nervous! Sick but maybe no baby?

Question

Repeat US tomorrow AM, the first showed sac measured 6w2 days. Per LMP I was 5w4d. It showed a sac (edit: there was a yolk sac as well as the amniotic sac, it wasn’t completely empty) but no fetal pole. Repeat US tomorrow. I’ve been so sick which is literally only managed by meds around the clock. 
Has anyone been sick like that and had a non viable pregnancy?

I was super sick with my miscarriage in January. I went back for my repeat ultrasound and still no fetal pole so it was deemed not viable.

My sister in law had a miscarriage (blighted ovum) where the sac grew but there was no fetus. She was very very sick until she took the meds that made her pass the tissue.... so unfortunately you can have morning sickness with a pregnancy that isn’t viable.
