Helpp😞😞😞😞

So I have an abscess on my tooth really painful it just popped so I got the mouthwash my partner used when he had his infected wisdom tooth. So I used that for literally 5 seconds saw it had caster oil spat it out and rised my mouth out with water. Now I’m worried sick as I didn’t realise it had caster oil in I’m only 36 weeks. I spoke to l&d they said as long as baby’s moving ok and the fact I didn’t swallow any I’ll more then likley be fine but I’m still scared any advice?!!!
