Does this mean I have a sticky bean!?

So April 13 i took a test and it came back positive, I’ve had 2 miscarriages and a preterm baby (heathy 1.5 year old now!) so I’ve been worried about another loss well yesterday and today ive been cramping pretty bad and I saw some spotting but nothing major so instantly I freaked and took another test because every miscarriage I’ve had once I start spotting my test comes back negative or very very faint, well I think it’s darker today so I think I have a sticky bean ❤️❤️❤️ the one with the black background is the test I took the 13th bottom is today 🥰
