Baby grunting/fussy all night and day - help

Baby is 23 days (3 weeks old ) being breastfed . I must have a very gassy colicky baby because during day time after feeds baby seams so uncomfortable when I place him on his dock a tot, he last only a couple of minutes before crying historically . He only seams to nap on top of my chest . During night he is sleeping 2:30-3 hours at a time but he does so grunting and pushing his legs up towards chest, sometimes he cries while sleeping while grunting and pushing . I always swaddle because when he isn’t he does not last a minute . I’m using gas drop and baby probiotic but nothing seams to help.

I feel baby sleep is restless and would love some advice !!!

I cry alongside him as my heart shatters that he is going through that . 💔
